The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only. The provision of professional services is governed by a separate, formal engagement agreement that will be provided to you once you become a client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the formal engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall control the scope and provision of professional services.
2. Appointment Booking
A. Scheduling
We use Calendly to facilitate appointment scheduling for both our headquarters and virtual meetings. By using our booking tool, you agree to Calendly's terms and privacy policies.
B. Required Information
You must provide your full name and a valid email address to book an appointment. This information is necessary for confirmation, communication, and service delivery.
C. Confirmation
Upon booking, you will receive an automatic confirmation email detailing the meeting time, location (5506 Bergenline Ave, West New York, NJ 07093, or a Google Meet link), and any documents or items you need to bring. You are responsible for reviewing this confirmation and being prepared for your appointment.
D. No Payment or Sensitive Data Collection
Our website and the Calendly booking tool do not collect, process, or store payment information (like credit card or bank details) or sensitive financial/personal information (like Social Security Numbers or financial statements). These items will only be exchanged securely after a formal engagement is established and off the website.
3. User Obligations
When using our website and scheduling services, you agree not to:

4. Intellectual Property

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
